Many congratulations to Shotts couple David and Christina Russell who celebrated 60 years of marriage together on 19th October 2022 .
Deputy Lieutenant Ali Liaquat DL visited the happy couple, passing on congratulations from Lord Lieutenant of Lanarkshire Lady Haughey CBE, whilst Depute Provost Bob Burgess presented flowers and a special bottle of whisky on behalf of North Lanarkshire Council .
