The King sends messages of congratulations for 100th, 105th birthdays and every year thereafter. The Lieutenancy will be pleased to organise for the Lord Lieutenant or a Deputy Lieutenant to present a message of congratulation. You can apply up to three weeks before the event or five weeks before if applying online.
