Many congratulations to Mr and Mrs Andrews of Rutherglen who celebrated their Diamond Wedding Anniversary on 8th October 2026.
And visiting the happy couple was Provost Bert Thomson and Deputy Lieutenant Mary Hernon MBE DL . The Provost presented Mr and Mrs Andrews with flowers and a card from South Lanarkshire Council whilst the Deputy Lieutenant passed on congratulations from Lord Lieutenant of Lanarkshire Lady Haughey CBE.
