Many congratulations to Hugh and June Brown from Newarthill who recently celebrated their Diamond Wedding Anniversary .
And visiting the happy couple on 21st March 2026 was Provost Kenneth Duffy and Deputy Lieutenant Terry Currie DL. The Provost presented Mr and Mrs Brown with flowers and a card from North Lanarkshire Council whilst Terry Currie passed on congratulations from Lord Lieutenant of Lanarkshire Lady Haughey CBE.
