The Lord-Lieutenant of Lanarkshire , Lady Haughey CBE , attended a Chinese New Year celebration on Sunday, 1st March 2026 at Glasgow City Chambers. This annual festival is organised by the Chinese Cultural and Welfare Society Scotland and supported by Glasgow City Council and a range of partners and supporters.
