Many congratulations to James Forbes from Uddingston who celebrated his 100th Birthday on 13th January 2026 . And visiting James on his birthday was Depute Provost Bert Thomson and Deputy Lieutenant Andy Braidwood DL .
The Depute Provost presented James with a gift and card from South Lanarkshire Council whilst Deputy Lieutenant , Andy Braidwood passed on a certificate and congratulations from the Lord Lieutenant of Lanarkshire, Lady Haughey CBE .
