Many congratulations to Newarthill couple Douglas and Mary Tait who celebrated 60 years of marriage together on 24th August 2022 .
Deputy Lieutenant Terry Currie DL visited the happy couple, passing on congratulations from Lord Lieutenant of Lanarkshire Lady Haughey CBE, whilst Provost Kenneth Duffy presented flowers and a special bottle of whisky on behalf of North Lanarkshire Council .
